Neal Howard has been a fine art weaver for over twenty years and is a member of the prestigious Southern Highland Craft Guild. Her yarns and wearable art clothing are exhibited at fine craft venues in the southeastern United States. Neal also teaches weaving, dyeing and Nuno felting at arts organizations and craft schools. Neal lives and works in the Asheville/Waynesville region of Western North Carolina.
