Alex is the owner and creator of Clydescope Creations, a one woman show, making handmade wire wrapped crystal jewelry & other creations. Her business is named in memory of her father, to help keep his memory alive through her creations, but like the word kaleidoscope since she originally started out drawing mandalas or “kaleidoscope looking designs”. She mostly creates wire wrapped crystal jewelry & other accessories, like her Third Eye Sunglasses, but she also wood burns, paints, works with polymer clay & resin, & likes trying other new things from time to time. She likes to have variety & having the freedom to create whatever she is feeling at the time. Nothing makes her happier than when she is creating & all of her pieces are one of a kind & handmade with love, in hopes of bringing some joy to other people & brightening their day up.
